Welcome to our webpage!

This webpage is dedicated to the hard working officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department. There are  calendars of events, resources and many member only areas. Many are still under construction as we are still uncovering many of the areas in this website. Please take time to peruse the site and find the categories we have included for your convenience. If you have ideas for areas please let any of the board members know. It may already be in the works or we might not have thought about it yet. If you know of an article we should include here please let us know as well. We will be happy to take any idea under consideration. We are happy that this board was able to make this possible.

Please visit for the latest information on line of duty deaths, memorials, testimonials, and reflections for our brothers and sisters in blue. These are officers that have paid the ultimate price and there is probably something we can learn through each death. Each of us face dangers every day and we as officers are good at minimizing in our minds the risks we take. I still remember a saying from my academy days and considering the atmosphere and attitude we see every day I believe it may never be more truer than it is today - "Two is one, and one is none". Keep your back up en route.
